Shipping and Packaging of Physical Products:

The items sold on this website are created, packaged and sold by me, the artist, founder and owner of Fairy Wing Studio, Stephanie Hagen. I enjoy being able to create personalized packages to send to people all over the world.

Shipping costs can be quite costly, therefore I have decided to allow the customer to choose how they would like their items shipped. This means I am putting the cost of shipping in the hands of you, the customer. I believe that overall, this means the cost of my products will be more fairly priced and I can offer them at a lower base cost. I thank you for your understanding.

Order process:

I am always working on improving the ordering process to ensure a faster turnaround time. Currently, I ship orders every Monday and Thursday. Exceptions are made during holidays, for bulk orders, or for unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, every effort will be made to process the order ASAP. 

Payment method:

I accept payment through PayPal Express Checkout and Stripe. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Applepay.


When you buy a product on my website you buy the item, not the copyright. When you buy an art print or digital download you can’t reproduce it. It is against the law to copy it, reproduce it or use it for commercial purposes. The copyright on every image on my website and products is © Fairy Wing Studio, unless stated otherwise. Any infringement on this will be dealt with accordingly. 

Accuracy of Images:

Although there may be slight differences in image colors due to the different monitor settings, I try to make the images as close to the original as possible.

Digital Products:

All sales are final once the digital file has been downloaded. There will be no refunds or exchanges in case you change your mind so please read through the description carefully.

Where I Can Ship to and Shipping Times:

Please keep in mind that I am shipping either from Germany or Switzerland and the resulting time of arrival will vary based on your location. Also, it’s wise to keep an eye on your tracking number (if you chose to receive one) and check with your post office if you notice an unexpected delay.

The European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.


The Rest of World: Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine & United States of America.

Due to the current Brexit requirements, I am unable to sell to those from the United Kingdom at this time. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

It can take a while for orders to arrive. There are many factors such as the country you live in and customs procedures.

A general guesstimate of shipping times:

Switzerland & Germany: 1-3 days

Europe: 4-8 days

The United States & Canada: 8-21 days (depending on the size and weight of the parcel)

Australia: 8-20 days

Rest of the World: 1-10 days

Of course, once I have sent out the packages, the arrival times are completely out of my hands. Please know these are estimates and the delivery times will likely increase around the holidays. Also, due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, many packages are taking longer to reach their destinations.

Packaging Information:

The large 16x20 in. prints are carefully packaged and protected from dust and water in an archival polyethylene bag rolled and slid into a thick shipping tube.

The smaller 8x8, 8.5x11 or 8x10 in. prints are sent protected from dust and water in clear archival cellophane bags slid into an edge protected cardboard rigid mailer.

Tracking and Insurance:

Standard shipping is set to registered. You can change this at checkout. All packages sent with a registration number can be tracked via the german or swiss post. When you receive your registration number, you will also be provided with a website where you can check it in your email. Once the package has reached your country of residence, you should be able to use your local post office website tracker to check the registration number.

If you would like to purchase insurance, or request a different shipping method, contact Fairy Wing Studio within 24 hours of purchase so I can provide a quote.

Shipping address Mix-up:

If there’s an error in your address and I haven’t shipped out your order yet, kindly send an email to with your name, order number and corrected address. If the order has been fulfilled, unfortunately I can no longer change its destination. In such case, I have to require the customer to cover any additional shipping expenses.

If, however, I have made a mistake and sent the package to an incorrect address I will, of course, send you a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge.


Any additional expenses when the package reaches your country (customs and tax fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is reported lost or damaged, I will file a claim to the courier (usually takes 30 days) and return the total insured amount (if applicable) that can be claimed, minus the shipping fees.

Please remember that only items with insurance can file a claim.

If the item was not claimed and was shipped back to me, the buyer would have to shoulder the new or additional shipping cost to reship the item.

Other concerns will be handled on a case by case basis. 

Return Policy:

All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded in case you suddenly change your mind. All packages are carefully packed in acid free plastic sleeves for protection and rigid mailers or cardboard tubes to be as safe as possible. Once the item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for the handling of it.


Please be aware, I am unable to replace items at no charge if they are defective or damaged as a result of poor handling. All prints will be inspected for quality before I send them. I package them as well as I can, but I cannot afford to replace items that may be damaged in transit. If the post office has damaged your product, please contact them about the damage done. If you need a replacement, send me an email at with information regarding the damage and I’ll see what I can work out.

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

- By placing an order at Fairy Wing Studio, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from me.

- Events outside Fairy Wing Studio’s control shall be considered force majeure.

- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

- Please note that local charges such as custom taxes may occur and will be shouldered by the buyer once the package reaches his/her country.

- Fairy Wing Studio reserves the right to amend any information above without prior notice.

Privacy Policy


When you visit the Site, I automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, I collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. I refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

I collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, I collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Paypal information), email address, and phone number. I refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When I talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, I are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.



I use the Order Information that I collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, I use this Order Information to:


- Communicate with you;


- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and


- When in line with the preferences you have shared with me, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

 I use the Device Information that I collect to help me screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).



I share your Personal Information with third parties to help me use your Personal Information, as described above.  When you place an order through the Site, I will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask me to delete this information.
