Hello Again

Hello Again

We’ve been back. Our holiday was very busy, packed with adventures to the top of Mount Pilatus, a jaunt through the Black Forest (were I’m pretty sure I spotted a fairy or two), and finished the whirlwind in Paris. Our arrival was quite wet and I believe all of us got a good soak, but my spirit wasn’t at all dampened. I love Paris, crazy, busy and so full of life and art. My cousin hadn’t been to the Louvre, so we stopped by in the evening which was — just as much as the first time — such a treat. To be surrounded by all the history and talent will never get old.

I also managed to snag myself a little Paris journal from Rougier & Plē as a reward for finishing my previous one by September. It’s a Flying Spirit journal by Clairfontaine and I just love it. Compact, lightweight and elegantly simple.

Not sure yet what I’ll choose to fill it with, but I’m excited to use it. On the back, it has the words, “live, learn, evolve...” and — more than anything — that’s what I’d like to take from the lessons I learn while filling it in.
